Local Brewer Forest and Main made a big announcement yesterday via Facebook, they are expanding and moving into a new space! The Facebook post started out "We have a pretty big announcement for you. We’re super excited and honestly a bit nervous to share.⁣"

Forest and Main are currently building a new 15bbl brewery and taproom just blacks away from their current location on Main Street in Ambler. The added space will allow them to produce additional types of beer including "Saisons, lots of oak-aged (and foeder fermented!) beers, tons of happy little pub beers, to continue to deepen our lager love, and of course brew lots of hoppy IPAs."⁣; their statement says.

The company says the pandemic forced a shift in their service model from an onsite to a packaged model. The company added, "We’ve learned a lot from this experience, and as we reflect on that past nine years at 61 North Main Street, we are trying to see what Forest and Main will look like over the next decade.⁣"

Not only are they building a new production facility, but they are also adding a new pub which will be located at 33 East Butler Ave (pictured above). This space was previously occupied by Ambler Apparel.
