PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA - Developers presented plans to develop the plot of land at the intersection of Ridge Pike and Alan Wood Road. This site, owned by Conicelli Auto, has sat vacant for some time. The proposed plan is to subdivide the land into 2 plots. The first subdivision will be occupied by Royal Farms with gas pumps and a 5,100 sq. ft. convenience store. The remaining land, just over 1.7 acres will be retained by Concielli for the construction of a car wash.
The preliminary plan was given a first look at the planning commission meeting on February 2, 2022. No vote or permission was given on this project, they will be back when there is an "official" ask. Stay tuned.....
