PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA - Plans were presented to redevelop the now-vacant metal recycling facility. This proposal was discussed at a recent Township meeting. This facility is located at 407 Alan Wood Road directly across from the IKEA Corporate Offices. The proposal is to build a truck and equipment storage facility. This facility will allow single or multiple units of commercial trucks, trailers, and equipment to be stored by tenents. The lot will be protected by 24 X 7 security coverage and may also contain a maintenance and car/truck wash facility although that is not a definite.
